A founding member of DAC International Inc., Michael helped establish the company into a premier aerospace development and manufacturing firm specializing in aircraft avionics and electronics. Under his leadership, DAC expanded into worldwide operations, delivering innovative solutions to the global aviation industry. He was also an equity partner in Berry Aviation, a specialized airline providing critical services to the U.S. Department of Defense and major U.S. automobile manufacturers.

Marla Bommarito-Crouch brings more than 30 years of experience in design, project leadership, and client service. She is an internationally award-winning interior designer — earning more than 125 design awards every year from 1988 to 2020. As a Fellow of the International Interior Design Association (FIIDA), with WELL AP and LEED AP credentials, Marla has earned national recognition for leadership, professionalism, and creating environments that are both beautiful and enduring. Her trained eye identifies subtle changes that others might overlook, from signs of water intrusion and environmental concerns to the overall condition and presentation of a property.
Michael and Marla now call Naples, Florida home. They founded White Palm to provide homeowners with the dependable, personalized care they wanted for their own property — building lasting relationships based on trust, communication, discretion, and reliability.
